Joe Welch

Joe Welch, chairman of Welch Community Hope, is the owner and CEO of Welch Custom Homes. Originally from Bronson, Michigan, Joe has made Charleston his home, with his wife, Amy, and two children, Jacks and Reese, since 2005. Joe’s heart has always been to help others in need in the community in which he resides. Welch Community Hope was born from that desire. With his knowledge of building beautiful homes and nearly twenty years of building relationships in this community, Joe is equipped to help those in need bring their homes back to livable conditions and ones that they will be able to enjoy for years to come.
